Great location, 10 min. from Ponta Delgada, with a nice view of the bay. Apartment definitely worth recommending. Owner exceptionally friendly and helpful. He provided a lot of useful information about the island.

It would be useful to have a dish drainer and knife sharpner in the apartment 🙂

Amazing host, great place for a young family. Host even offered to put up a baby gate for the stairs.

Our host, Jose, went over and above when it came to accommodating us. The apartment is wonderful and perfect for 2 people to explore Sao Miguel from, with a fantastic view to wake up to each morning. The facilities were also great for us as we like to cook, and we found everything there that we needed. Including the laundry service provided, wow! Thank you, Jose :)

We were provided a code prior to arrival, which worked well. Property owner met us at the property shortly after arrival to answer questions and provide recommendations which were helpful. Overall great communication. The property is well equipped, in good repair, and very clean. Loved the hot tub and views. Wonderful location, quiet, with mini-Mercado very nearby.

Although storage was adequate, the downstairs bedroom could have used a luggage stand and a few more shelves and hooks. Lol, but the views and access to the hot tub make up for it!
