Apartamento excelente, com estrutura completa incluindo máquina de lavar.

Ter que tirar o lixo. Não fica claro onde colocar.

Ausgezeichnete Erfahrung in dieser Unterkunft. Der Raum bietet eine sehr einladende Atmosphäre und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Sauberkeit war vorbildlich, alles war tadellos. Die Lage ist günstig, um die Stadt mühelos zu erkunden. Ich empfehle es für alle, die Ruhe suchen.

Fue una buena elección, con una habitación limpia y bien cuidada. El ambiente era tranquilo y nos permitió descansar bien. Todo transcurrió sin problemas durante nuestra estancia.

The apartment is very nice, big, spacious, and bright. The bed is comfortable. There are two balconies which were very nice to have coffee in the morning or a drink at night.

The check in is a bit complicated. It is in a different location (about 15 minutes uphill walk from the apartment). We were lucky to be able to check in earlier, because if you go at 4-5pm there will be a queue and you might end up waiting for an hour, as the workers are slow. The wifi in the apartment was not working so we messaged the agency both on Booking and WhatsApp but didn't get a reply. We went to the agency, and were promised that it will be solved in couple of minutes. It wasn't. The next day we had to go there again, since it was not fixed and they did not reply to any messages. This was really not convinient for us. Finally, after two days they gave us another router.

Location Big Appartment

Mold ! Personel is lying (booking says that the checkin is 24h but they write you that you need to checkin between 16-20 at a different location first, where you have to wait because there is a line of people. The cleaning was not finished when we wanted to checkinwe were lucky because our cleaning was finished but other people needed to wait 1 hour or so before they can go to there Appartment.

Location was easy to find and it was near the city center. Check in and out were fairly easy

Host couldn't be reached outside mail communication, or booking app or via call. I tried WA and Viber because it was more convenient for me in roaming but that wasn't an option. Upon arrival apartment hasn't been cleaned and it smelled like someone was frying fish inside. That was fixed after a phone call with the reception, but smell didn't go away while we were there. Sheets were old and had stains on them even though they were clean. Breakfast was really bad and i advise the owners not to include it in service because it deserves 0 stars. There wasn't enough toilet paper and also shower gel and shampoo were provided in minimal quantities. Really disappointing stay.
