Everything! 1. Very clean cozy home 2. Comfortable beds - excellent quality of linen. I slept like a baby 3. Spacious home with good selection tv including Netflix like tv box 4. Almost complete basic kitchen necessity with a lot of beautiful plates 5. Double balconies! 6. Plenty of windows with good ventilation 7. Good water pressure with decent amount of hot water 8. Washer! We wash clothes everyday! 9. Elevator 10. Friendly and responsive host 11. Wall is thin but we are on quiet street. Didn't bother us. Though I am a light sleeper and sensitive with sound still I enjoyed my stay 12. The best stay in Turkey, very affordable 13. Nearby supermarket/bus/metro

If you are taking taxi from otogar/airport, it won't be any problem. The problem lies on public transport where there isn't any direct bus/metro coming to this place. Still I am highly recommended this place! If I ever return to Turkey, I will come over here just to relax in this HOME.

В квартире есть абсолютно все для комфортного проживания. Стиральная, сушильная машина, стиральный порошок, таблетки для посудомоечной машины. Немного чая, соль, перец. Гель для душа, шампунь и прочее. Очень удобный матрас. Местоположение удобное, до метро пешком минут 5- 7, до вокзала минут 20 на метро. Шикарный балкон. В целом квартира очень понравилась. Бесконтактное заселение. Радушная хозяйка. Если еще будем в городе Измир, то остановимся только тут.

Не было одноразовых тапочек(были многоразовые), но не страшно, у нас были свои.

It is close to the center. One metro station away, and the metro station is around 500 m from the apartment. The owner is very nice and helpful. A quiet neighborhood. The apartment is very clean and very well equipped kitchen. It has 2 double beds, and the living room couch can be transformed in a double bed as well, so I think it’s big enough for 4-6 people. A big plus it has washing machine, a dryer and a dishwasher as well. Have a Netflix account, perfect specially for kids they want something different than just Turkish channels. Overall, our staying with two kids was perfect.

It is a bit noisy in the night for sensitive people but i guess is the problem with all the apartments here as the walls are very thin. But i cant count as a minus. The internet signal not cover entire house but good enough. I wish i had a vegetable peeler so it would be easy to peel veggies but not it’s a normal knife.

It had everything you could want for a stress free stay. Quiet neighborhood lots of restaurants and grocery right there. 8 min walk to metro

Я впервые снимал на столько чистые и аккуратные апартаменты и на столько удобные , так как там всё было продуманно до мелочей , и всё самое не обходимое для проживания уже было, очень удобное расположение, так же отзывчивые хозяева , нам очень понравилось. Благодарим за всё.

être prévenu à l'avance des coupures d'eau de 23h00 à 5h00 du matin (nous ne le savions pas et donc n'avons pas pu anticiper, le premier soir de notre arrivée)
