C'était notre 5 ieme location à cet endroit et nous avons constaté une détérioration des lieux. Moisissure dans la salle toilette, crochet à linge brisé et non remplacé, horloge de cuisine non fonctionnelle, poussière sur le plancher à notre arrivée, etc...

El aparcamiento al mediodia esta bastante lleno.

El mayor punto positivo lo consideraría la terraza, el aire acondicionado y el baño cuya ducha funciona muy bien.

En cuanto a lo que no nos gustó es que el colchón era tan duro como una roca, las almohadas eran bastante malas y estaban muy desgastadas, en la cocina no había utensilios básicos como una espumadera o cucharón.

Location and views were fabulous. Beautiful private terrace with retractable shade, garden furniture and a view of Burriana Beach. Inside the apartment it was very clean with a nice new kitchen. Temperatures were in the mid to high 20's however we only needed the air con one night as the apartment was very cool inside. Very comfortable new mattress. Loved the fabulous lake and garden walk down to the beach every day with its wildlife and waterfall. It was like a little bit of paradise. Facillities at the apartment complex were good with a lovely pool and snack bar.

We had to collect keys from a hotel reception in the Nerja town, which meant having our taxi transfer stop there rather than going directly to the property. It would be better if you could collect the keys from the keybox outside the door of the apartment to save time and cost, however it was a quick stop and so was not that much out of the way. Also, once we arrived at the apartment complex, the apartment itself was very difficult to find as the numbering system makes no sense and the map provided wasn't much help. This was the only issue however. This apartment complex is not for anyone who has any difficulty walking up and down steps as there are so many of them. I think I counted around 250 steps from the front door of our apartment to the beach via the garden and the only alternative route is a very long walk around the complex and down the road.

We liked being a little outside of the main part of Nerja. The terrace gets morning and afternoon sun. Nice view. Very firm bed which my husband liked. The AC worked well.

Be warned: in order to check in you have to collect the keys from MB boutique hotel which is a 45 minute walk from the apartment. This was not advertised prior to booking. There are also 200+ stairs to and from the beach. The complex overall is a labyrinth of stairs and hallways. Wasn’t an issue for us but an elderly couple or young family with stroller would struggle. Communication with the host was shocking. Lack of information. The pool access card was outdated from last year. You also need a fob to access the beach and the pool which is complicated if you want to go down separately etc.

The 180 steps up to the appartment!!! We knew about the steps as we've stayed her before.I think it would be in Capistrano Playa best interest to think of installing some kind of a lift like they have in The Parador de Nerja hotel!!!! We really LOVE this little piece of Paradise but the steps are a " No No " for us going forward!!!
