Big and spacious, equipped with all the necessary appliances for me and my family to use. Glad to have the towel rack where we can hang our towels for drying. Equipped with floor heating and a portable heater, comes very handy during winter. Like the artificial hot spring where we can enjoy and relax.

About 10mins from train station, and if you don’t have car, would need to walk a bit. We arrived at night and had a hard time finding the hotel as the road into the hotel is not obvious.

The structure is super nice and big

It is on the opposite side of the city and quite far from all attractions, the check in is quite cumbersome and requires to phone with a call center but WiFi was low

Spacious room. Bed was comfortable.

Terrible check in experience with iPad and intermittent Internet. Too many levels with floor creating trip hazards. Poor design. Nowhere to leave luggage prior to check in. Few places to eat locally. Very noisy all night with footsteps constantly heard in rooms above us. Focus on gadgets rather than real comfort for travellers.

It was a bt far from the city center and especially the train station.

It had everything we needed. I loved the attention to detail. Loved the spring bath.

It was a bit far, not too bad, but it was raining, and it was annoying to make this walk.
