The room is amazing. Super spacious and with lots of handy facilities.

Though it is around 20 mins away from train station, it is not easy to get there on foot, when you have large languages. The quality of sidewalk is bad. Strongly suggest only stay there if you rent a car. There is a vending machine nearby, but the choices for dinner are limited. So bring food with you.

Good size

Bad BO smell made the room almost unbearable. Not having any staff onsite means no one can assist or help. Door lock also malfunctioned locking us out of our room - again with no one around to assist

The property was clean, easily accessible, and was in a great location. We were able to cook our own food and relax in the artificial Onsen bath. The beds were comfortable and we were able to connect to the projector to watch TV in the evenings.

Pillows were not the most comfortable

Our experience at the hotel was not very pleasant. First of all, we chose this hotel because it allows pets, but in reality, the hotel is far from Nikko Station, and the road is quite remote. When we arrived, it was raining, and after a difficult journey to the hotel, we were told that we couldn't store our luggage. So far, I have not encountered any hotel that does not allow luggage storage. Even if there are such special requirements, wouldn't it be better to inform guests in advance? Because of this issue, my family and I, along with our dog, had nowhere to go in the rain. This hotel doesn't even have a public lobby, and the experience was extremely poor. We checked out early in the morning, which completely affected the rest of our trip!

Wonderful hotel. Perfect for a family of four. The room was beautiful and immaculately clean. The onsen bath and the shower were beautiful and serene. The kitchen had everything we needed to make some meals. The outdoor seating and large movie screen were welcome extra touches after the rush and small hotel rooms of the cities. It was local to 7/11 and family mart and the supermarket. Local to the centre of town and it was easy to access the beautiful sites of Nikko. Wish we had stayed longer and will definitely come again.

The Artificial onsen was good

The location not good, the check in process was a hassle and the place is expensive for the standard inside. The beds and pillows were very firm and we couldn’t sleep well.
