The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied and a grocery store was a short walk from the apartment. The soaking tub was much appreciated.

About a 15 minute walk from the train station, much of it over rough sidewalks.

The accommodation was very well clean, organised and well equipped. I wish I stayed there for a week so that I could make full use of the kitchen equipments and bathtub. The foldable doors were great as we could enjoy the private backyard in the mornings and evenings to get fresh air.

Finding the entrance to the parking area was quite confusing but it wasn't a major problem. The beds are also a little too soft for our liking, but otherwise we really enjoyed the stay.

We submitted our documents prior to our arrival at the property. hence check-in was easy. The property was clean. There is a bath tub for soaking which my husband and my 2 sons enjoyed. Washing machine and powder was supplied. There is a convenient store and would recommend to drive out rather than walk. There are restaurants but you will need to drive as its quite far away and you may have problems to find a parking space as most restaurants do not provide parking lots. When we are there at 6.00pm, most restaurants are closed and do not take order even for take-away. Its disappointing. Suggest that you packed your own food or cooked in the property. Luckily we only stay there for 1 night.

Unable to walk to the eatery area. The restaurants closes very early. The property do not provide meals.

Not easy to find the way to drive in. There’s no any indicator for check-on location. Someone parked my house packing space at the last night

This flat has everything that you can imagine you need. It is perfect with all the ameneties you wish for. Everything is brand new and well done. The artificial onsen is an absolute highlight. As well as the beamer. It is a delight

Location and self entry worked really well, the apartment was very complete and all necessary items were available, there was a lot of room so the living was really comfortable.

The self check-in via the tablet was difficult because of the continuously errors. However the response to questions and the solution provided was very satisfying.

The location was great and convenient to all the major areas we traveled to see. Very clean and comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the artificial hot springs.

We would stay at this location again most definitely but we would request a top floor room. We could hear every step and movement from the guests upstairs.
