A very nice setup and super clean All the equipment’s are very new The steam bath is very relaxing

"Nice apartment, far from main tourist routes"

Nice apartment with excellent facilities with space for 4 people, nice cooking area with all amenities and bathroom with both shower and bathtub.

The location is quite far out from the centre of Nikko and from the main tourist attractions. The checking in procedure is a bit long and cumbersome.

Clean. So many nice details. It was very comfortable with dogs. New property. Great amenities.

Noisy child upstairs. Not a big deal but I did hear the stomping footsteps above us.

The room is very modern and well equipped! The size is HUGE too compared to other Japanese hotel rooms. They have dyson hair dryer and hot spring stone bath! Kitchen and dinning area is very convenient as well. Strongly recommmend!

The check in process is painful! The IPAD in the room keep timeout and we can't upload our passports. Have to call customer service several times to get it resolved. Took me at least 45 mins to check-in which is very frustrating. The location is a bit far from the train station, if you have a lot of luggage, it is no fun.

"The room itself was perfect…. But the check in and parking were not acceptable"

The small office area to check in was full of dirty laundry bags and boxes and boxes… the space to check in was so small due to all the boxes and laundry - very bad first impression

The parking was horrendous- unless you are a professional valet there is no way you are getting into some of the spots… ours was 104, and required a reverse maneuver to get in… if there had of been someone in the other spaces there is no way in hell you are getting into the parking spots!!!
