"Nice, clean apartment in a good location, but the heating, shower, and hot water didn’t work properl"

The size of the apartments and their location, it was clean inside

1) The address on the booking and the one provided by the owners differs from the actual address (although they are located nearby). I had to compare them. 2) The apartment was very cold. The heaters were turned on only after I wrote to the owners. At night, the heat disappeared again, so I froze and woke up sick. 3) There is a rain shower, but it is broken. 4) Hot water is only available for 4-5 minutes, then only cold water.
