Newly renovated 2 rooms apartment downtown Nitra

I booked the room and can't contact the owner and we waited for 2 hour we tried to call them and didn't get and my money didn't get back please be provide proper contact details

Communication with the host felt smooth until the moment when we could not make self checkin at the time set in the rules of the property, because the host forgot to put the keys inside a key box and he was out of reach when I called him with the issue. He texted me one and half after the check in time that the keys are now in the box without making any apology. Another super weird thing was, that check out was at 11 AM and housekeeper came at 10 AM, opened the door and said to her self “oh, they are still here” and left. We experienced many bookings and nothing like this happened to us before. I understand that things like this can happen from time to time but not making any apology in this kind of situation is unacceptable for me. It felt like the host was just taking for granted that we’ll be ok with it.

Good location. Lot of space and good looking place.

No light in the kitchen area nor above the dining table. You can easily cut off your finger while cooking and won’t see it. There is no place to dry the washed dishes/cutlery. In the bedroom the curtain does not over the entire window. During the night there was some automatic light in the street turning on and off with no reason so my wife could not sleep in the room at all and had to sleep in the dining room sofa. Shower is good looking but working terrible. Open the tap, water is too hot and too little of it. Turning the right knob 1 mm and water is too cold. Ok, there is a gas boiler. Opening hot tap in the bathroom sink to let boiler work more stable and- voila- the sink was the only place to place towel- as there are no hooks anywhere- and you won’t put the towel on the floor as the floor is all flooded with shower water. 🤦🏻‍♂️ I had to finish washing with cold water as the tap basically did not work.

Nothing specific, it fulfilled expectetions. Good value for the money
