"Erg fijn."

De communicatie met verhuurder verliep uitstekend. Het verblijf was na verwachting. Daarnaast ligt het ook op een prettige locatie, weg van de drukte van de grotere steden, maar toch voldoende restaurants en supermarkten in de omgeving.

"Great place to stay while exploring Lake Como."

The location was great. It was close to several restaurants, the ferry stop, and bus stops.The bedroom was quiet and the bed was comfortsble.

A second set of towels would have been nice. Also some kitchen basics like salt, pepper, and napkins.

"Alojamiento amplio y todo exterior junto al lago y cerca del embarcadero."

La ubicación es de 10. El alojamiento está bastante nuevo y es todo exterior, tiene mucha luz y ventilación, y buenas vistas. El estar en una calle peatonal te deja en una situación muy tranquila sin ruidos de vehículos. El anfitrión es otro 10 y le agradecemos mucho las gestiones que hizo para nuestras visitas.

El mobiliario necesita un cambio, sus condiciones son mejorables. Como en la mayoría de alojamientos no hay repisas ni ganchos suficientes en el baño. Lo malo de estar en una calle peatonal es que no te puedes acercar con el coche hasta la puerta, y que el aparcamiento está un poco retirado, aunque eso no fue un gran problema, y hay mucho aparcamiento gratis en la zona.

Very lovely apartment, clean and very spacious, the location was perfect, only a few steps away from the lake and also the ferry. Maurizio was very helpful and gave us recommendations for local restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Could be a little noisy, coming from outside the appartment, but apart from that everything was perfect!

Cladirea este amplasata chiar pe malul lacului, spatioasa, utilata cu tot ce ai nevoie. E locul ideal pentru a petrece cateva zile pe Lacul Como. E la doi pasi de cafenele si taverne, la cateva minute de ferry si foarte aproape de Vila Balbianello. Noi am avut apartamentul cu doua camere de la parter, iar dimineata ne trezeam cu un minunat ciripit de pasarele, iar cand deschideam ferestrele de la living, se auzea pârâiasul care trece prin spatele cladirii. A fost o atmosferă foarte plăcută și relaxantă. Ne-am simțit ca într-o casă tradițională, dar modernă în același timp, care ne-a amintit de copilăria petrecută în casa bunicilor. Minunat!

Nu avem nimic de reproșat. Totul a fost foarte bine.
