very comfortable,clean and well equipped apartment. Nice quiet location with a view of the lake and mountains. The balconies were very useful to relax with a drink after a day out site seeing. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in het appartement. Persoonlijk contact zowel bij ontvangst als bij vertrek was prettig. Zeer vriendelijke gastheer en gastvrouw. Snelle reacties via de app. Veel informatie gekregen over de omgeving en over restaurants, boten, bussen enz. Het appartement is super comfortabel en ruim en ligt in een rustige omgeving. Alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig en overal is aan gedacht. Sfeervol ingericht. Het uitzicht van de 2 balkons is erg mooi. De bedden zijn heel prettig en ook de slaapbank ligt heerlijk. Fijne badkamer met goede douche en wasmachine. De keukenuitrusting is zeer compleet. Het centrum van Lenno is makkelijk te bereiken in 10 minuten lopen (terugweg 15 minuten omdat het wat hoger ligt). Parkeerplaats vlakbij, en ook de bus (als je de Greenway loopt) en de veerboot en Villa Balbianello zijn makkelijk te voet te bereiken, evenals 2 supermarkten. We hebben onze auto 1x gebruikt voor boodschappen en verder alles te voet en per bus/boot gedaan. Dit appartement is een aanrader!

Niets viel tegen, alles was super !

L‘appartamento si trova in un punto strategico per visitare Tremezzo, Bellagio e Varenna dove ci sono tre ville famose come Barbianello,Carlotta e Monastero. L' imbarcadero si trova circa 10 minuti a piedi. È facile trovare un parcheggio gratuito non lontano dall' appartamento. È una casa antica ristrutturata con gusto. Cristina è stata molto disponibile e accogliente.

Très chouette appartement, très bien équipé, dans un petit "hameau" très pittoresque, à proximité immédiate du centre de Lenno. Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires. Excellent point de chute pour visiter le Lac de Côme. Très jolie vue sur le lac depuis les balcons. ! L'appartement est sur plusieurs étages, donc pas mal d'escaliers.

The property was perfect for a couple and could easily be comfortable for a family. It is better than the photos. It had everything we wanted for our stay on Lake Como and the view of the lake is stunning. The kitchen facilities were fantastic and the bed was so comfortable. Communication and hospitality with hosts was magnificent. Thankyou Mirko and Paola.

We had no issues but if you have problems with stairs the apartment may not suit.

Paola est au petit soin et veille à ce que vous ne manquiez de rien. L'appartement est grand, propre et très bien équipé. Il est situé à 10min du lac dans une petite rue typique italienne.

Great hosts. Arranged for us to be picked up from the ferry and driven to the apartment which was really appreciated after a long flight. Left bottle of wine and snacks as well. Apartment has everything you need for a fabulous stay in Lenno.

We stayed in this apartment for 3 nights. It is located in an old building in a truly authentic area. The apartment is on two levels: the entrance is through a gate from the street, followed by a staircase up to the first level with the kitchen and living room with a balcony. Then another staircase leads to the second level with the bedroom (also with a balcony) and the bathroom. The apartment is situated on a hill, and the balconies offer beautiful views of the mountains and Lake Como. It takes about 15 minutes to walk down to the lakeside promenade. The hosts are very nice. Andrea met us, helped us park the car, gave us a map of the area, and explained everything, including recommendations for restaurants and boat piers. The kitchen is well equipped. There was coffee, tea, olive oil, spices, and various cookies. In the fridge, they had prepared a bottle of Prosecco, water, and Coke for us. There was even a box of pasta and a jar of sauce — just in case we were hungry and the shops were already closed. That was a lovely and unexpected gesture. There are air conditioners both in the living room and in the bedroom. The bed is comfortable. There’s a washing machine, which was very useful after a week of traveling around Italy — and even laundry capsules were provided. Shower gel was available, but bring your own shampoo. Communication with the hosts was great. I wrote on WhatsApp asking for an extra set of towels, and they brought them quickly. I really liked this apartment. Even though we are already retirees, we had no trouble going up and down the stairs inside the house and walking uphill from the lakeside to the apartment. But this is something to keep in mind if mobility is an issue.

Wspaniałe miejsce, niesamowite. Piękny apartament, w starym klimatycznym budynku. Dobrze urządzony, wyposażony, na miejscu jest wszystko czego tylko potrzeba. Przestronny, miejsca więcej niż trzeba, dwa balkony, piękny widok na jezioro. Bajka. Kontakt z właścicielem pierwsza klasa. Na plażę krótki spacerek urokliwymi uliczkami, cisza, spokój. Pobyt po prostu bajeczny. Jesteśmy zachwyceni.
