Host Wise - Spacious Comfortable Apartment - Balcony

Location on a street within walking distance of the Mercado and a metro station was excellent. Communication to check in and check out was clear and easy. The rooms were very light, airy, clean and the beds were comfortable. Lovely to have a supply of coffee pods and tea bags for our arrival, as well as a bottle of wine - much appreciated.

The balcony was smaller than expected. We had trouble with the shower leaving water everywhere as there is no seal on the bottom of the shower screen. We also kept finding pools of water at various parts of the flat, which confused it. We only reported it at the end though, so we didn’t expect it to be sorted out then. However looking at the wooden floors it must have been an ongoing issue.

Leaky shower. Only one bathroom though the site shows photos of 2. There is a toilet on the balcony but with an 'out of order' sign.

Appartement très vieux, nécessite un gros rafraichissement. Une seule salle de bains très rustique pour 3 chambres et six personnes. Pas d'ascenseur pour 2 étages très haut, ce qui n'était pas signalé. Lieu très bruyant, extérieur et intérieur sonore! Bref très déçu par les prestations.

Udmærkede senge. Ikke megen trafikstøj. Rummelig lejlighed. Lav pris for ophold til 5-6 personer.

Gammel og slidt lejlighed. I annonceringen omtales en balkon, men den var meget lille og uden plads til så meget som en enkelt stol. Adgangen til toilet nr. 2 var via balkonen (!) og rummet var meget småt. Kaffemaskine, el-kedel og bruseholder i badeværelse virkede ikke.

O wc está a precisar de remodelação. Fazia falta poliban em vez de banheira, que é bastante alta

Noa insonorizado. 2a casa de banho na varanda., apenas meio WC.

habría que quitar la nevera. y los ruidos del exterior

El apartamento del piso 3 no es el que promocionan. Ese es otro. No hubo manera de comunicarse con nadie del personal para solventar problemas o dudas. En la cocina no había ni una sartén, solo 2 o 3 ollas. Tuve que salir al supermercado al frente a comprarla. Instalaciones viejas y no aptas para personas con movilidad reducida. 3 pisos sin ascensor
