Oporto Ana's Studio

L' host è stata gentilissima, disponibile e mi ha fatto fare il check in in anticipo. La camera è meravigliosamente arredata e tenuta, tutto a norma con le leggi anti incendio. Pulita e ben ristrutturata. La via è comodissima per raggiungere il fiume o per andare verso nord. Vicinissima alla stazione. Io mi sono trovata benissimo e il letto è molto comodo.

Non c'è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto. L' unico aspetto poco piacevole - ma visibile chiaramente dalle foto - e' che la finestra affaccia su un pozzo di luce, quindi ti sembra di essere appunto in fondo al pozzo. Detto questo, mi sono abituata la prima notte e poi non ci ho nemmeno più fatto caso. Non è stato possibile lasciare le valigie oltre le 12. Ma vicino c'è un deposito che con 5 euro le tiene tutto il giorno.

Der var ingen udsigt, og meget begrænset naturligt lys, da vinduerne vendte ud til… hmm.. en væg, som kun var 1-2 meter væk. Værelset var på 1. sal, og der var flere over, så det var en smule klaustrofobisk for én som godt kan lide frisk luft og udsyn.

Está muy bien situado, y tienes todo cerca, transporte, monumentos, sitios que visitar…

La sensación de agobio. Es bastante pequeño y no se ve la calle, y había como humedad y olor a húmedo por más que ventilábamos.

L’host, Ana, è stata semplicemente meravigliosa: gentilissima, sempre disponibile e presente per qualsiasi necessità. Ci ha fatto sentire accolti come a casa fin dal primo momento. L’appartamento è impeccabile, curato in ogni dettaglio e si viene subito avvolti da un profumo delizioso che rimane nell’ambiente per tutta la durata del soggiorno, un tocco davvero speciale! La posizione è centralissima ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla, perfetta per esplorare la città a piedi senza rinunciare al relax. Tutto è esattamente come nelle foto, se non meglio. Pulizia impeccabile, letto comodo, arredamento curato con gusto… si vede che c’è tanta attenzione e amore dietro ogni dettaglio. Non possiamo che consigliare questo posto a chiunque voglia godersi un soggiorno perfetto. Torneremo sicuramente!

Magnifique studio très propre et très confortable avec une localisation exceptionnelle proche de tout . Ana est très gentille et au petit soin elle nous a donné plein de recommandations. Je recommande vivement ce petit havre de paix. Merci Ana

Ubicación, limpieza y muy práctico

Loved the location close to the cathedral, Sao Bento train and metro and lively pedestrian rua las Flores. Also the stocked tea and coffee and complimentary bottle of port was great. Good shower and nice and cool in the apartment when it was pretty hot outside. It was well equipped with hairdryer heater fan iron kettle toaster coffee maker and fridge. Ana was great with very clear instructions so checking in and out was easy.

The flat is ideally located, close to the river, many nice restaurants, cafes, and bars. Although small, it is functional and clean.

The room is in a very old (renovated) building and unfortunately it has some serious humidity issues. From the moment we entered we were met with a stuffy funny smell of humidity and moisture. Although we had all windows open all the time (the windows look into a stone wall) the problem was not addressed. We contacted the contact person who told us there were some issues on a different floor at some point but there should be no issue. Other than that they didn't do much. Every time we entered the room we could feel the heavy air and in fact our clothes and bed linen were moist as well. It was definitely not very healthy to sleep in there. I guess the stone walls don't help but they should put a de-humidifier to work at all times there.

Oporto Ana's Studio is a fantastic choice if you're looking for a place with an unbeatable location — right in the city center, close to the railway station, metro, bus stops, the river, and major sights. The studio is modern, very clean, and cosy, with everything you need cleverly fitted into a compact space. While it's a bit tight for two people (we did bump into each other often), we had read about it in advance and spent most of our time exploring the city, so it worked well for us. The windows face an inner shaft, so it’s not super bright inside, but there are large windows and great ventilation — especially important for the bathroom and toilet. The radiator heating was also a welcome touch. Overall, a well-thought-out studio in an ideal location.

Nothing major — just small things to be aware of. The studio is quite compact, so it can feel a bit tight for two people, but as we were mostly out exploring, it wasn’t a problem for us. Everything you need is there and works just fine.
