Location was great. It was very clean

Very small and quite dark as windows where overlooking a wall

Very clean,had all the amenities you need and in a great location 2 minutes by the river.

no direct sunlight to dry wet clothes (to keep in mind if you plan to go to the beach) but aside from this no downside

Very clean, lovely studio. Great value for money. Strategically placed - walking distance from the center, metro and train station. Easy check-in and check-out. The owner was always available, polite, and quick to respond any questions. The room has everything you need. Great attention to the details. Totally recommend.

The stairs are steep, so you might need an elevator. The elevator is small, extremely slow, and also has a very sensitive sensor, which gets problematic of using it. Unfortunately, we got unlucky to have some neighbours from upstairs, which not only did not respect quiet hours but also smoked from their window to the common inner yard, therefore, we had both noise and a strong smell of tobacco in our room. Both problems are not directly related to the studio, though, neither a fault of the owner.
