Дуже світла, велика квартира, з якісним ремонтом. Є пралка, посудомийка, бойлер. Зручні ліжка, окремі кімнати. Навпроти сквер, поруч є супермаркет. Щодо закладів — їх навколо мало, здебільшого це забігайлівки місцевих. Але в цьому теж є свій вайб.

Трошки далеко від центру, хвилин 25-30 йти. Але з іншого боку це тихий район, тож є свої переваги. Також не сподобалося, що не попередили, що квартира знаходиться на 3 поверсі крутими сходами без ліфта. У нас була велика валіза, її було важко піднімати і спускати.

Por motivos personales intenté cambio de fechas ya que no estaba dentro de plazo de cancelación gratis pero si constaba la opción de cambio de fechas y constaba disponibilidad, aún así no fué posible, pegas a todo. Tardan en responder, mala comunicación . En cuanto al apartamento, 3 piso sin ascensor, la calefacción no funcionaba, se escucha mucho ruido de la calle, humedades visibles... El acceso en teoría te dan los códigos una hora antes de la llegada prevista. No fue así...

Spacious , comfortable well equipped apartment. About a 30-40 minute walk to the centre of Porto. On a bus route. Close to bakery, cafe’s and small supermarket.

Little bit of road noise but not too disturbing. We had to park our car in a Car park about 20 minute walking distance. Plenty of Metered parking during the day. Parking in street only free over night.

El piso estaba muy bueno. Reformado y limpio. 100% recomendable para viajar con amigos.

Si tengo que encontrarle algo negativo es que no tenia ascensor y si tienes problemas para subir escaleras no te lo recomendaria.

The house is very spacious and clean. The location is 10/10, there is also supermarket in 5-10min walking distance. Everything is available, including washing machine and laundry soap, dishwasher soap, trashbag, and all cleaning supplies you will need during your stay. They also even have Netflix. Once we arrived, bed are also already set for 4 people, we didn't have to set ourselves. They gave towels too. Although Rome was super hot during our stay, the house feels cold and comfy. Very recommended!

Nothing important I can think of. Maybe the laundry rack is a bit too small for 4 people, but we managed by using hangers for our washed clothes. And perhaps a water-heater and some basic spices (salt/pepper/oil) would be useful! :)
