Šalia pastato vyksta gatvės tvarkymo darbai, tad gana triukšminga. Triukšmingas ir vonioje veikiantis ventiliatorius. Svetainėje lova nauja, bet labai girgžda.

The location was perfectly central, and having a lift made things much more convenient.

The apartment wasn’t very clean — the carpet was dirty, and there was mold in the shower. Unfortunately, our stay was heavily affected by major street construction right outside. The listing mentioned some construction, but when we arrived, the entire street and sidewalk were being redone. It made it difficult to roll our bags, and one day, we even had to walk over wet cement to get inside. While the workers were kind and tried to help, there were definite safety concerns. Because of the construction, we also couldn’t open the windows for fresh air and the place was very dusty. There was no ceiling light in the bedroom, only bedside lamps — which couldn’t be used if you needed to charge your phone.

Not clean at all carpets very dirty coffee stains down the kitchen cupboard bathroom is claustrophobic and mould in between the tiles 🙈😩

la localisation était parfaite la déco mignonne

appartement plus petit que sur les photos de l'annonce joints de carrelages de douche noircis très cher pour l'état et la taille de l'appartement travaux dans la rue donc impossible d'ouvriers les fenêtres du salon (pièce principale) lit double de la chambre très très petit appartement très peu insonorisé, on entendait tous les pas de l'appartement du dessus

La ubicación del apartamento es muy buena. El chek-in se hace online y el día antes te mandan el código de acceso al edificio y al piso. Las indicaciones son claras. El apartamento lo encontramos limpio y con las camas preparadas (una cama y un sofá-cama). Bien comunicado con una estación de bus y metro cerca

Tiene de todo menos horno y le falta algún armario para guardar la ropa.

Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra, ale okna są bezpośrednio skierowane na biurowiec, w którym od wczesnych godzin pracują pracownicy biurowi.

W sypialni nie ma światła dziennego. Remont ulicy był dość uciążliwy, szum od samego rana. Dość zaskakująca sytuacja, że papier toaletowy, ręczniki papierowe, wymiana ręczników jest jako opcja za dodatkową opłatą.
