Superb, modern 1bdrm apartment on 4th floor. Bus service from town was excellent. Once the new Rosa metro line opens in early 2026 it will be super well connected.

Localização muito boa, com garagem, possui tudo o que se precisa em uma casa. Em frente ao flat há uma obra do metro, mas com a janela fechada não se houve nada. Quarto com cama confortável e grande, sala com bom espaço.

Tem 2 elevadores, mas infelizmente só um funciona com acesso a garagem. Acaba atrapalhando um pouco.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit Tiefgaragenparkplatz. Alles was man benötigt war vorhanden. Fußläufig konnten wir bis zum Duoro laufen und haben sehr viele schöne Sachen gemacht. Die Schlösser der Fahrstühle und des Eingangsbereich haben oftmals nur mit viel Überzeugung funktioniert. 😆😅 An der Straße befindet sich aktuell eine Baustelle für eine neue U-Bahnlinie und eine Polizeistation und ein Krankenhaus befinden sich in der Nähe. Dadurch ziemliche Lautstärke, aber wir fanden es spannend und haben dem Treiben gespannt zugesehen...👀 Wir waren sehr glücklich hier und als Paar kann man hier tolle Sachen erleben.

Lo mejor la ubicación

La llave del portal no abria la puerta, el apartame to estaba bien pero los muebles para renovar ...no por que estuvieran en mal estado pero por dar aspecto de oscuridad y antiguo al apartamento.

Very well located and near to the city center. Clean and cosy

Some noise outside due to the Metro station construction work nearby, however the place is mostly soundproof
