Sehr nette Gastgeberin, sehr gemütliche Wohnung mit allem, was man benötigt.

Baustelle vor dem Fenster fast rund um die Uhr am Laufen, jedoch ist das eine vorübergehende Geschichte. Matrazen könnten besser sein.

Para nosotros la plaza de aparcamiento fue primordial para coger este alojamiento.

La limpieza dejaba un poco que desear. La vitrocerámica sucia (yo ni cocine ), el lavabo...

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and air-conditioned, and the parking space in the underground garage was a bonus. Although there is a lot of construction work taking place opposite the apartment we couldn't hear it when the windows and shutters were closed.

The apartment building was extremely difficult to find because of the roadworks and the construction of the new Metro station taking place opposite. Despite asking a policeman for directions we got lost and couldn't work out where we were (the road signs are impossible to read when you're on a motorbike!) Although the host tried to give us directions by phone she eventually had to get in her car and come to find us so we could follow her. We later found out that we had we been parked outside the apartment in the first place.

The apartment is very light, the bed was comfy, the sofa and other furniture were very comfortable. The double glazing is as good as it can be given the roadworks. Tv channels options very good. Lamps. Wooden floors.

Unfortunately the roadworks are still ongoing outside, and look nowhere near being finished. They do stop at night, but some activities can be heard there during the night, and the drilling did start just before 8am. It results in a hefty amount of dust. Also, the hospital is close by so there is an endless stream of sirens ( only heard if you are in of course). The double glazing can only do so much. But ear plugs help and the location, close-ish to the old town. There is a terrible smell of drains in the bathroom, something could perhaps be done?

Easy to find, good parking place, nice host, good communication. Not far from city center.

It was not mentioned that there is a large construction site in front of the building where work continued day and night. With closed windows it was not a problem.
