Louiza Apartments

Un lieu exceptionnel, avec accès direct à la mer par un joli ponton. Une plage déserte à gauche, une plage aménagée à droite qui est tranquille aussi. La mer est transparente. L appartement a une vue incroyable sur la mer. L' espace extérieur est aussi très agréable avec une cuisine, un salon, hamac, banquette. C est un vrai paradis ! Vous pouvez profiter pour nager, faire du snorkeling. Et vous promener sur l ile de Chios au milieu des arbres de mastic et des plages magnifiques. Nous sommes allés uniquement sur les plages non aménagées, pour profiter du calme et être tranquilles. Et Chios n en manque pas avec des eaux cristallines. Pour nous, un des meilleurs hébergements que nous ayons fait.

We loved the hosts, the space, the property, the beach…everything!

Great location for quiet, relaxing break. Loved the West facing accommodation for glorious sunsets every night and hammocks in the garden for quiet afternoons reading. Well equipped accommodation with a full kitchen. Surprised by beautiful Karinta beach just a 100m walk from the property-pebble beach but soft white sand once in the water and a small cantina offering food and drinks. Please don’t tell everyone about the beach.. it is Chios’ best kept secret. Will definitely return.

The hotel was in a fantastic location with a stunning sea view and an almost perfectly thought-out design. Before our trip, we had planned to visit other beaches in the area, but once we arrived, we realized we didn’t need to go anywhere else. The sea was absolutely beautiful, and the beachside café had everything we needed throughout the day. I would especially like to congratulate the hotel owners. Every detail was carefully considered — from cleanliness to small touches like toothbrushes, sunscreen, and Turkish coffee. It’s truly a place you won’t regret choosing, and one you'll definitely want to come back to.

Apart from the hotel itself, it’s worth noting that it’s located about 50 minutes from Chios town center and around 20 minutes from the village of Pyrgi. The road from Pyrgi to the hotel is paved but quite winding — not the easiest drive. Especially in the evenings, anyone planning to drive after dinner should definitely avoid drinking alcohol. :) Also, if you don't plan to cook your own meals at the hotel like I did, be aware that there are no nearby restaurants, so make sure to plan accordingly.
