Muy cómodo y agradable, tal cual se ve en las fotos. Accesible al centro tanto para ir andando en un paseo de una media hora o en transporte público con diferentes opciones. El parking es un plus maravilloso pues te olvidas del coche si no lo necesitas. Muchas opciones cercanas para comer cerca.

Personalmente el no tener una llave física me preocupaba porque dependía siempre del móvil para acceder, no es algo grave pero quizá si se tienen las dos opciones, mejor.

We spent 16 days in this very good equipped appartement. Very quiet place, walls and windows are noise insulated, we could sleep without any disturbances. Best located to several cafés, Mercado Bom Sucesso, supermarket, bus and metro stations within several 100 meters. Many points of interests available within walking distance. Perfect stay for visitors with own cars, due to included underground parking garage. Perfect communication, response time within minutes! Definetely a clear recommendation!!

Paulo was at the property and helped us with a few things. We had arrived a little early, and he helped us park the car underneath in the garage while the cleaners finished .
