Beautiful, well furnished and comfortable apartment situated about 35 minutes walk from the centre (bridge). Communication with the accommodation operator was excellent. After checking in online, we immediately received access codes to the accommodation and instructions on where to find the keys to the apartment and the remote control for the garage. We had a rental car which we were able to park for free in the underground garage below the accommodation in a designated parking space. This was a great advantage for us. The building was beautifully quiet, despite the apartment being in the centre of town, it was quiet inside for a restful night's sleep. Apartment was clean & tidy with nice decor. Bed was comfortable. It was fantastic to have a washing machine/dryer to use. Walkable into the main town area of Porto. Large bottle of mineral water provided. Reasonable quiet except for usual noise from neighbours, no noise from traffic.

Shower screen leaked water over bathroom floor. Local area & neighbouring apartments seemed quite run down & dodgy, would not have felt safe going out alone at night. We received a message saying that an electrician need to come check the living room lights on Saturday, but we did not notice any problem with the lights, only 1 lightbulb not working....a little strange.

Very comfortable and spotlessly clean apartment for the 2 of us. Walkable into the city. Mercado Bom Sucesso is an amazing food court 5 mins away - no need to cook dinner! Underground parking was excellent! We parked a large 4x4 no trouble - note the place numbers are painted on the floor!

The apartment is behind a rather dilapidated apartment block. So not a pleasant view.

The apartment was very clean, easy to find and central to to alot of things. Plenty of room for me, my partner and daughter. The sofa bed was easy to pull out and put away and there was plenty of bedding and towels. We cooked a couple of basic meals and had everything we needed. We were left basic cleaning bits for the kitchen. Well maintained building. Underground car park with designated parking space.

The Staff were very helpful and answered quickly always.Botanic garden 10 min by walk from the apartment. 35 minutes by walk center. Also free parking in the apartment you will find a key from the garage. The staff will be sending all instructions for that.Very clean and lovely apartment.you will find everything that you need.
