Central & Beautiful Apartment - Perfect Location by Flat Mаnager

The position was ok

The room was dirty, we found a cockroach on the floor. The bed was uncomfortable, it was without 2 staves; we had to sleep on the sofa. It was umid and too hot. The smell was so bad. The bathroom flooded everytime we had a shower.

- The flat is very nice and all equipped with what you need to stay days or weeks. - There was a small beetle walking in the living room in two weeks but the customer service (the management is in charge of a estate agency) offered an additional pest control.

- Mosquito nets installed to every windows is a really nice facility but they are locked - you can't open it. - Wifi password shown on the board wasn't working so I used my data to surf the internet for the first day. The pass was in the back of the router but they kept telling me a wrong one. Very confusing. - No calls possible via whatsapp if you want to ask for help, only emails (they didn't always replied fast, sometimes after one day), and I expected more availability for the price. - There was construction works in the hall of the building (the flat is at the ground floor) I would have liked to know in advance to plan my classes since I teach online and noise affects my job. - 2 toilet paper rolls for the whole stay (two weeks) it's not enough for a carefree stay.

Trams, buses, subway stations nearby. Supermarkets, farmacy, restaurants nearby. The key instructions were easy to follow. It was easy to chat with the virtual concierge. All electronic equipments inside the appartment worked.

Adding an air conditioner would be a good idea.

I liked the location and how quiet it is.

Okay so first off, I had to call customer service like 20 times before they helped me get into apartment, and they didn't had my booking, so it was painful and pricy, cause calling in roaming isn't cheap. The wifi in the room did not work. When we first got in there were dishes in the sink that someone left and the bed wasn't made at all. Cleaning ladies came later to clean our room, they did a job but quickly and not thoroughly. They charged us for both days of cleaning that we stayed in, they cleaned only that one time. Windows are so dirty like they had never been cleaned and the bathroom was dirty. Overall bad experience

- First of all there where cockroaches in the apartment. When I told that to the host, host said that it typical situation)) For me it's terrible situation. I didn't expect it from apartment with high rating. Looks like they were trying to get rid of them, there were half dead cockroaches, but some of them were very alive. - Closet was a bit broken. - Very loud noise from the staircase, no soundproofing from (door) this point of view - Some garbage just in front of the window, it could be more valueble when you are even a bit lower than ground floor, very close to it
