Studio Cathlyn

Great location, bright, spacious, cozy and clean studio, it has everything you need for long/short stay. The owner was very kind. We will stay at this studio again on our next visit to Sofia.

Nous avons tout aimé ! - La gentillesse et l’amabilité de l’hôte. Nous nous sommes pas vu car nous sommes arrivés au logement que vers 1h30 du matin (système de boîte à clé pour rentrer dans l’appartement). Nous avons communiqué que par messagerie et elle a été réactive dès que nous avions besoin. - Grand appartement, spacieux, lumineux et tout équipé. - Logement à côté de tous les sites à visiter (nous avons tout fait à pied) ainsi que les transports en commun (nous avons utilisé le métro M4/le bus N4, uniquement pour le trajet aéroport) - Épicerie à proximité ouverte 24h/24h en cas de besoin (cela a été nécessaire pour nous, vu l’heure à laquelle nous sommes arrivés. Logement idéal pour visiter Sofia

Posizione top. Casa perfetta per una visita alla città. Vicino a metro, super, farmacia, ristoranti, panetteria.

Non c'è l'ascensore ma è un 2° piano pratico con pochi bagagli.

The appartment was well maintained and clean. The big windows with the trees outside were relaxing and felt like we were in hideout from the city. The location was convenient with approachable transportation. everything was in walking distance.. It was supprising that whas a KEY BOX, because it was not mentioned in the process of the reservation (I think it is worth mentioning, it make the property more available). We reserved this flat for our next trip

I liked every thing ، the building as all of city center buildings area are not new

Good position in central district, with metro nearby (about 7 min walk), old building but the studio is well renovated. Pet friendly ! 😃 🐕 Clean bathroom, spacious shower. Well heated room (powerfull AC, not very silent but the neighborhood is quiet). Microwave, vitroceramic hob, electric water boiler kettle - all user friendly. Parking available across the street, 15 leva/day (about 8 €)

For me it wasn't a problem but for older people: beware, have to climb 2 floors without elevator.

The apartment is great, clean and comfortable. The location is great, walking distance from the city centre. The communication was easy, the host is super resposive. The check in and check out were simple. We would recommend for sure!
