everything was as described but wifi could be more stable

Location was perfect, close to a metro & other transport options. It was opposite a nice park with a few bars and restaurants nearby. Close to the city centre so you can walk to most places. The area felt safe and even though you were in the centre you couldn't hear any noise from the apartment. The apartment was clean, modern and felt homey. The kitchen had everything you might need, the coffee machine and pods are a great facility. Bathroom was clean & the shower was hot with good water pressure. We found the bed was super comfy and had no trouble sleeping. Our host was friendly and sent us lots of useful information before we came, even had instructions on how to use things like the TV and coffee machine which is great if you're not familiar with that type. They also checked in by message to ensure everything was ok.

There was problem with the keys, they wasnt in the box. Wated in the sun with all my bags for the staff to find out where they are. The cleaning lady arrived one day earlier and scared us . She just opened the door uninvited and told us they gave her wrong info. There is odd bad smell in the room. The building it's so scary, like you are in horror moovie.

The building is in a great location, walking distance to everything you need. The apartment itself is newly furnished and clean. The bed was spacious and comfortable. The communication with the host was fast and easy.

It would be great if you had a bottle of water, coffee, and tea packets available when you checked in.
