Excellent location, warm apartment, balcony, nice bathroom with hot water, clean towels, easy to find keys, good wi-fi, could work there and a lot of TV programs, late support from the owners how to find the apartment

Bedsheets were looking old and used, there was a coffee maker but they could leave for us at least couple of capsules. No cleaning materials, we had to wash plates with shower gel

Location,convenience and the friendly and helpful contact with the host.

More sockets needed! Had to make coffee or boil kettle on the floor if charging decices. But it was maneagable.

The location.

We booked this place on the basis of photos that looked good and reviews which were positive. Unfortunately, upon arrival at the apartment, cleanliness was far from expectation. We found hairs in the bed and the shower while the sheets didn't fit the bed at all. There were stains on the walls and bed frame. We immediately booked in elsewhere and let the hosts know that it was not up to clean standard and we would not be staying there. This would allow them time to reclean and prepare for potential other guests for the remaining night. Unfortunately, they were not willing to provide a full refund and we were compensated just the cleaning fee of the full stay, which made absolutely no sense. Their reasoning for not compensating us in full was the fact that we did not send pictures of how dirty the place was as soon as we left, so that they could send a cleaning team the following morning, allowing us to stay there the second night. Why would that matter after we had explicitly told them within 15 minutes of arrival that we're leaving? Not sure where they expected us to stay that first night...

Great location , all necessary inside.

Facilities and location are both excellent. Check-in and check-out are seamless experiences.

The staff were super friendly and responsive. The apartment has exactly what you need, a comfortable big bed, clean and nice bathroom. There is a nice balcony. The location is also great.
