Carrara Accommodation

The location can’t be beat! So fun to be within the walls of the palace, but in a little quieter area. The room was clean, spacious and as pictured- a simple space, but perfectly nice for sleeping (we only stayed for one night).

This has been common everywhere we’ve stayed, but it felt especially unsafe to need a key for two doors to get outside (first a door to leave the room, and then to leave the building). If there had been an emergency, it’s scary to think about.

Perfect location at the back of the palace, above 3 beautiful restaurants. Easy access for suitcases as we entered from the back of the palace. Quiet, dark and good sleep. Great air conditioning. Nice shower, ample storage and roof terrace for hanging laundry

The roof terrace isn’t as private as we expected, adjacent to the other apartment so you may not be alone. It was a little noisy from the second apartment one of the nights but no fault of the accommodations. We were hoping to do some laundry here, but no plug for sink. We could have asked of course but didn’t want to bother. Would recommend providing a couple of wine glasses for guests in future as the terrace is lovely in the evening to enjoy a wine.

Very well located

Room was very clean, well located right amongst many restaurants and bars. We were met by the host who was very welcoming and helpful. Small kitchenette with fridge. Good air con. Bed hard but good and room very dark at night for a good sleep. Small courtyard was a big bonus for an afternoon drink!

Excellent location. Owners were pleasant and helpful. Loved the rooftop deck and ability to hang washing out to dry.

The room slept 3 but there were only two chairs in the room. There was no soap for the shower (there was hand soap). It was particularly hot weather and some kind of shade on the rooftop deck would have been appreciated.
