Location was fantastic, great communication with the host, nice spacious room and outside area. In a busy spot but was very quiet with the shutters closed.

"Perfect place to stay in Split"

Loved staying in the old town. Enjoyed Balcony with table and chairs. So close to restaurants and historical sites. Did free walking tour, very good. Bed comfy.

Was a bit confusing to locate first time but asked a waiter nearby and he gladly helped.

"Perfect accommodation in central location for exploring Split"

The accommodation is in a brilliant central location within the old town. It’s situated above a few restaurants but noise is not an issue. The hosts were friendly and helpful and we loved sitting out in the terrace.

"Good location, friendly host, difficult to park."

Located in old town, close to sights. Nice and clean.

You could not really use the balcony because the air conditioners pumped hot air on it. It was impossible to park near the property. It was a 10 min walk to the car. It cost €18 a day to park.

"Comfy well priced stay in the old town"

The best location, super comfy bed, double glazing to keep out the noise and great black out blinds. Small bathroom but very functional and lots of hot water so no issues.
