King's Garden Studio

Its location was quiet but not too far from the action. The fridge and kitchen made it easy to prepare food.

The bathroom was not ideal. The shower curtain was moldy and the shower wasn’t attached to the wall so you were cleaning yourself with one hand

Le gros point fort de ce grand studio climatisé est le calme absolu, tout en étant proche du centre à pied (5 min). 15 min (via la promenade de front de mer, à plat) depuis le quai d’arrivée des ferries ou de la gare routière qui sont de l’autre côté du port. Littéralement aux pieds des escaliers qui mènent au Parc Marjan, véritable poumon vert de la ville. La principale fenêtre du studio donne sur un beau jardin ( qui reste privé). On aurait envie d’une petite table dehors. Petra, notre hôte, se met en 4 pour vous accueillir et accéder à vos souhaits. Elle a accepté de garder nos bagages après la fin de la location car nous décollions en fin de journée. Le studio est très bien équipé. 2 lits simples confortables.

Le seul bémol qui lui a valu 9/10 au lieu 10/10 est la douche, vieillotte et sans porte-douche. Pas très pratique. Mais Petra nous a dit que les travaux serait pour bientôt.

Everything was wonderful. The studio was spotless and had everything you might need and even more. The host Petra, is a Very nice person. You can tell that she truly cares about the guests.. The studio is situated very close to the old town.

Très calme comme emplacement,situation accueillante dans quartier près de tout

The hosts are super welcoming. It was a great stay. Super cozy apartment and within walkable distance to supermarket, riva etc.

Great location with direct access to Marjan hill stairs and only 15 mins walk from the bus station. The apartment is cosy and has heating/AC, cooking facilities and washing machine. Petra met me on arrival and was so welcoming and helpful.

The single beds are quite narrow but not a big issue. A wall attachment for the shower hose/head would be a good so you don’t have to hold it. I definitely recommend this apartment and would book it again if I were to return.

Petra ist die netteste Gastgeberin die ich jemals hatte. Sie ist wirklich sehr bemüht den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet und liegt in einer perfekten Lage. Man ist in weniger als fünf Minuten an der Promenade.
