Exceptional place, very quaint and comfortable apartment, and spotless. Great location, near bus depot and city centre, with supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacy, and local restaurants within two minutes walking. Antonio was the perfect host, so caring and ready to help, that went above and beyond, it truly made a difference. Just perfect!!

Apartment is very nice and in a great location close to the city center. Antonio was very nice and easy to communicate with; gave us ideas on what to do and where to eat. Checking in and out was easy. Many restaurants close by. I would stay here again.

Just a few minor things that caught my attention … interior building walls need painting as they are a bit run down but apartment itself is very nice. Air conditioning is in the living room and the bedroom can sometimes get hot.

The best thing about the apartment is the owner, Antonio, who was so accommodating and supportive throughout my stay. Upon arrival he even walked with me to the Old Town to recommend restaurants and ATM machines. The apartment is truly modern, as the description indicates. It has almost every amenity you could want, a d it has a lovely view of the park across the street. It is located only a few steps from the Old Town and Number 8 bus stop is across the street. It is located in an apartment building with mostly oermsnent residents, so it is very quiet all the time. As for the basics, wifi was excellent and there was plenty if hot water in the shower

I would have loved a coffee maker. It is true that coffee is readily available in the pastry shops a few feet from the entrance, but I didn't always want to get dressed to go out. In addition, the apartment badly needs more English-language television stations. There is virtually nothing to watch for English speakers. The bedroom is a bit cramped. I cannot imagine how two people would maneuver it.

We really enjoyed our week long stay in this apartment. The apartment is modern and has everything you could need. It is in a brilliant location, within walking distance of the city centre. There is a great bakery just below the apartment and a shop on the corner where you can buy all the essentials. The host is very friendly and helpful. He helped us carry our bags up to the apartment. He responded quickly to any questions we had. He provided great recommendations of local restaurants and tourist destinations. He was very accommodating with check in times. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better host. I would highly recommend this apartment if you are planning a trip to split.

Location excellent to all areas… Very clean and spacious , Well equipped with everything .. Beds 🛌 very comfortable , pull out sofa 🛋️ also comfortable for sleeping ,,,

Very nice and clean appartement at a top location next to the old city center. Antonio was very friendly and helped us with suggestions for things to do, restaurants and beaches. The appartment is highly recommended!

Excellent location, great host, nice apartment

air conditioner was in the living area but not in the bedroom and it was a little hot to sleep. That’s the only thing we didn’t expect.
