Perfect location, few minutes walk from the historical city center. Apartment is brand new, well equipped and super clean. Host is perfect, he met me on my arrival and helped with luggage, available for all the help you need.

Antonio is amazing host. We arrived earlier and everything was ready to enter the apartment. He recommended us good places to have a meal and what to see. During our stay in Split, he was available for any type of questions and help, checking if everything is ok. The apartment is super clean and Toni even provided us additional blankets due to changeable weather and towels and organized transport to the airport for us.

Very helpful and good host! Everything was in a walking distance so we loved the placement of the apartment very much. We focused mostly on the city vacation so all the main attractions were close and easy to reach. Apartment do not have balcony but there is a view to the park and mountains. Coffee shops and bakeries in the same quarter - if you feel lazy, you can grab a lunch nearby and you are good to go. Super comfortable bed, windows had bug nets. We visited Split in a rainy week so we were happy that the apartment was warm and cozy. Additional 3in1 coffees in the kitchen and tea were great suprise. Wifi was really fast and good! If you need place for a city vacation and you mostly plan to explore the city on foot, this is perfect place for you!

I think everything was actually really good and we were really happy that we chose this apartment for the Split vacation stay. There are some minor things that you need to reconsider while booking the apartment: - There is good sound isolation but you definitely need to take into consideration that the windows open to the busy street. - There were no place to hang overcoats in the corridor (of the apartment itself) - because the period of our visit was cold and rainy, hooks for coats would have been great. - Parking might be an issue if you travel by car - there are only few parking places under the windows, bigger parking space nearby but not visible from the window.

Antonio was a fantastic host. Very helpful with suggesting places to eat or visit in the local area, and we felt like he was always on call should we have needed something to enhance our stay. The whole apartment was very tidy and had a good range of cooking utensils and essentials (oil, salt, pepper, washing up liquid, sponges, kitchen roll) that made the stay so much easier. Modern utilities and comfortable lounge area. Strong shower. The location was brilliant, being about 20 paces from a lovely bakery on the main road outside, and a pleasant but short walk from the centre of Split.

Although the bed was large which is great, it leaves little space around the bed to get changed or move around. Optional extra pillows would have been nice too.
