Emplacement idéal. Plusieurs parkings autour il faut un petit peu de patiente pour trouver une place. Très bien équipé (Machine à laver, bouilloire…)

Pas de fenêtre, pas d’extérieur.

Top Location only a couple of minutes from the historic centre. Be aware that it is located within the pedestrian zone and cannot be reached by car. Landlord is very helpful to find a parking nearby! Nicely refurbished. We had a great stay!

The location is great，close to city center，restaurants and port. The condition of this apartment matches its price. 房间位置很好，靠近市中心和港口，性价比合理。

I am not happy with the service host has provided，honestly this is the worst experience ever. The host sent me check in details 30 mins just before the check in time，even though I contacted him one day before. I asked check in details again on the day we supposed to check in，he just reply with a short sentence'I will send you everything later'. No apologies ，nothing! This situation has never happened before，all the hosts reached out a few days before my check in date，so I can have peace in mind especially when I traveling with two kids. I read all comments before I make my booking， the host seems very nice and welcoming… I wonder why I have been treated differently… 同胞们避雷吧，入住前二三十分钟才发我入住信息，我前一天就开始催他。当天我催了他，他就回复说晚点发我，没道歉没解释…其他房东都一早联系我了… 评价里的人都说房东热情好客，那我只能说他可能不喜欢中国人吧…… 这房子前后左右也都是民宿，可以选择其他的…

Lovely location, nice modern layout in apartment, very clean, locks worked well, 2 TVs, good wifi, good outlet selection, nice lighting. Overall just a lovely apartment and for a very good price (for Split)

No lock in bathroom, TV in spare room can’t connect to WiFi

Beautifully furnished apartment, very well setup in a great location a stones throw from old town and all historical landmarks. Easy walk from the port and next to no steps which was welcomed after Hvar and Dubrovnik. Great communication from the host, would recommend. We had a family of 4 stay and it was sufficient space for our stay.

One night was a little shady coming home well after dark with the little one and the younger crowd drinking.

This place is excellent, it comfortably fit 3 of us, although it did get quite messy due to lack of storage, but nothing that was bad. It is in the perfect location, right by the old town, in walking distance of many lovely restaurants, bars and clubs. You can easily access many beaches and the bus is easy to navigate. The apartment was easy to found. There is also a hair dryer and iron which aren’t listed on the appliance list. The kitchen is easy to use and there is every appliance that you could need.

We could not find the fan that is listed on the appliance list.

If it's during the high season, it might be difficult to find parking.
