Stara Kala Varos Apartment

I liked that there was no pressure on when we needed to collect the keys as they were already at the property waiting for us. The property is very close to nice shops but not too much in the business of Split. The rooms were nice and modern and equipped with everything you need. It was a lovely place to stay.

We LOVED this apartment. It is in the heart of the city and when you walk out your front door there are cafes - and just down the street is the Adriatic Sea. The location can’t be beat! The apartment is high end - kitchen is beautiful and the beds are comfortable. This was the best shower we had on our 3 week European trip!

We highly recommend this little apartment for a couple, or couple with a child. It has been very nicely decorated in a modern style to complement the old features and was immaculately clean. Beds were very comfortable and there is a good little kitchen dining area, modern, and with enough space to cook and eat comfortably, without being squashed. It was quiet at night and in the morning for us, despite being on the street level. The washing machine was a huge plus for us. The owner was very nice and helpful, and clear with communication. The location is great, a few minutes' walk from the old town, the marina and the beautiful park with its little beach coves.

Bring an eye mask if you are very sensitive to light in the morning.

We stayed for 3 nights in this nice apartment in Split. Perfect location. Just a few minutes walk from the square and marina. Enough space for our family of 4. The host was friendly and promptly answered all my questions. Highly recommended.
