"Very enjoyable stay, would definitely stay here again!"

The apartment is very modern, spacious, clean and well equipped. Ideal location - 20/25 min walk from centre. The owner Miroslav is very kind and a quick responder. He even surprised us with snacks and water after our late check in which was very much appreciated. Neighbourhood feels safe and is quiet at night. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to stay somewhere in Split and would definitely stay here again!

"It was good stay in Split"

It was clean and near the city center. The host was nice.

The roof was bothering us because the apartment is on the last floor and there was no elevator.

Clean and spacious. The host was great even if we had a late checkin. We found a cold and sweet surprise in our fridge very apreciated by all 3 kids. 20 min from center by foot. Good parking place.

I have rarely seen such a kind owner. Although we arrived at a very late hour, he waited for us and showed us the apartment. Very large, spacious and clean, plus small gifts and pleasant surprises in the fridge/kitchen. Free parking, proximity to the beach and the center, plus it is a well-equipped apartment: dishwasher/washing machine, dryer, iron, dryer, air conditioning, TVs, computer and so on.

It’s about a 20/25 minute walk from the old town, not bad at all!
