Very good location, free parking. Very comfortable flat, warm and clean.

Beautiful location in the city heart, but still quiet and away from the noise. Very cozy apartment with nice design and equipped with all you need. Exciting (especially for the kids) to have the bed on the second half-floor.

The location near to university library was excellent for a study trip. The apartment was cute and cozy. There was possible to make some tea/instant coffee. Wood-heated oven and good-night-view to observatorium and Estonian flag gave good vibes.

I didn’t mind the wooden stairs, but they can potentially be slippery and dangerous for people with movement difficulties.

Sweet, characteristic and cozy place to stay. Good location and free parking by the house, which, considering parking situation in Tartu, was amazing. Kitchen had a fair amount of appliances to make a propper supper. Decent amount of tableware and a dishwasher-> nice feature. Ideal for two people but was ok for us 4 too. As we visited in a cold season we appreciated the warm and cosy feel inside the apartment. Will consider staying here again!

A cozy, charming, tastefully-decorated loft studio in a great location. It was very clean, and included many useful applicances – a washer, dishwasher. There are many details that are very appreciated – tea/coffee, laundry detergent, a drying rack. It made for a very pleasant stay. I also appreciated the parking spot.

Overall, the studio was wonderful. The loft sleeping arrangement isn't ideal as the ladder is quite steep and the ceiling very low, but it's not a big deal.
