Everything was perfect - location, interior, equipment, communication, surrounding etc.

I would give 10, if we would be 2 or 3 people there, but just this one thing - 2-year-old child in addition (plus teenager:), i.e. we had to bring our own baby travel bed with us, which he didn't find comfortable & extra care with the beautiful, but slippery (for a child) 2nd floor stairs (sleeping platform), what requires extra attention (but the sleeping platform is a super beautiful idea in itself by the way and fits just perfect there;) PS: For the home accessories just 2 tips - scissors & kitchen sieve;)

Location is wonderful. Quiet, but as central as you can get in Tartu. Air conditioned, clean, comfortable.

It is not complaint, just warning: this apartement is not good in case of mobile impairment: steps both in and out of apartement are high, sidewalks are narrow and street is cobbled.
