Non mi è piaciuto che non ci fosse l'aria condizionata ed era molto caldo. Abbiamo tenuto le finestre aperte ma sotto c'era confusione fino alle 3 di notte. E non mi è piaciuta la zona giorno senza finestre. Non mi è piaciuto il lletto matrimoniale quasi attaccato al muro davanti da rendere difficile passare. Non mi è piaciuto rimanere chiusa davanti al portone dall'interno quando avevo taxi e volo da prendere alle 3.30 di notte, perché nel palazzo chiudono il portone dall'intero con la chiave, ma le nostre chiavi erano state lasciate in casa, come richiesto da chi ci aveva dato le chiavi. Ho avuto ansia e paura di perdere il taxi e il mio volo. Ho suonato alle 3.30 di notte ai vicini e poi abbiamo forzato le due ante della portone con la forza pur di uscire. Basterebbe lasciare le chiavi in una scatoletta vicino all'ingresso per permettere di aprire il portone e uscire. È stato molto brutto trovarsi di notte fonda con questa situazione

Appartement très bien situé, composé de deux chambres. (Appartement au 4ème étage sans ascenseur)

Un appareil amovible climatiseur serait le bienvenu. Pas possible de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes car beaucoup de bruit dans la rue (bars).

Ubicación excelente y tranquilidad en la calle.

No había ascensor ni aire acondicionado, la wifi no funcionó durante todo el fin de semana. Podrían dar un segundo juego de llaves.

It is central, neat, well connected to public transport. Nice owner - allowed us to check in a bit early.

A bit noisy at night but not anything the owner can do about it.....light sleepers may struggle a bit. The apartment needs little cosmetic work as indicated in some reviews - e.g slight stain on carpet.

The only thing was the great location ☹️

The apartment is very run down and definitely needs to be refurbished, the walls were full of marks and needed serious painting, there was a hole in the wall in the main bedroom, the skirting board was coming apart from the wall. The cupboard in one of the rooms could not be utilized as it was being used for storage. The toilet leaks and the shower head was broken and could not be adjusted. The fridge was dirty and smelt disgusting.
