Great apartment spacious

Could just do with another key.

Superb location, 5 mins from the main train station. Had all the facilities we needed for a few days exploring the city although we spent little time in the aprtment itself.

An extra set of keys would have been handy although to be fair, we didn't ask for them so may have been available if requested.

The location was great in terms of being central and convenient for exploring.

They did not have our correct booking details, so were not expecting us, and they said that this was the fault of Booking.com. We waited in the street for 45 minutes to get in, and then the flat had not been cleaned. Instead of apologies, they asked us if we needed all the beds changed, as they were hoping to save on linen. There is no aircon in the flat, and opening the windows was noisy as it is right by the works for the new metro line. There was one fan, but it blew the electrics every time we used it. The fuse box was a mess of sticky tape. Really not safe. The shower came away from the wall, so we had to hold it by hand. In the main bedroom, someone had kicked a hole in the wall. This was, by far, the worst of the places we booked. Nasty.

Location was excellent and within a short walking distance to bars and restaurants.

Location and how comfortable and cozy it was.

The apartment is on the 4th floor and it didn’t have an elevator, wich is kind of expected since it is an old building, but that could’ve been in the information about the apartment. The toilet has a continuous drip that disturbs the sleep. In the bedrooms, if we put the curtains up the other people across the street were able to see trough the windows. The footer in the two bed bedroom was coming off. In the kitchen the kettle was damaged wich made it unusable. In the bedroom that had the one bed, there was a huge hole on the wall.

Location was excellent, really nice apartment and was lovely to get own room when travelling as 2 friends, good facilities in the apartment

There is no lift so was 4 flights of stairs up (ok for us but may not be suitable for everyone), apartment was overall clean but there was as a dirty knife in drawer. The main issue was upon checkout that the main door had been locked by someone else and we had not got any keys as it is self check out and our flight was early in morning so we had to try open the door using the latches - maybe a box for keys would be a better check in system as this could have caused us to miss flight.

Central location, a lot of space, 2 bedrooms

Location is perfect, just in the center, 1min walking from the council. Size of the rooms was good and overall size of the apartment; there was enough light and big windows.

Not all main facilities were available - towels were old, and not the same size for all 4 people; there wasn't soap despite we requested; finally after many phone calls owner provided more towels, charge free. Not many facilities for cooking.
