Rustic House Diklo 20m from the sea

Die Wohnung war wunderschön und sauber. Die Zimmer sind mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, außer einer dicken Bettdecke. Von der Haustür bis zum Betonstrand sind es 50 m. Der Gastgeber hat uns sogar beim Koffertragen geholfen. Eine wirklich zauberhafte Unterkunft mit ganz viel Altstadtcharme. Ich kann sie ohne zu Zögern weiterempfehlen. Die Fotos habe ich bei der Abreise gemacht.

L’appartement est très spacieux et propre, plutôt bien équipé. La terrasse est très agréable. Le village est calme. Très bon restaurant sur le port. Le coucher de soleil est magnifique.

Diklo est un peu isolé, il faut une voiture pour se déplacer. En famille une semaine, une machine à laver aurait été un plus car il n’y a pas de laverie à proximité. Un four ou un grille pain pour compléter l’équipement de la cuisine serait bien.

Really close to the beach

The wifi connection is really bad unfortunately. The airconditioning emits a really bad smell, so we didn’t used it much. The frying pan was not usable with the induction stove top.

Very modern and clean. Everything we needed in the property. Nice sea view from the balcony. A nice restaurant and a small bar very close by with several other bars and restaurants a short walk away.

-Unfortunately all the roads were being dug up and resurfaced around the property and in the local area, resulting in difficulty walking anywhere and lots of dust. -We had difficulty finding the property as we arrived quite late in the evening and it was dark. Google maps location gave a different building nearby. However Roko our host eventually came to rescue us and take us there. A helpful sign did appear outside after a couple of days. -watch out for the low ceiling at the top of the stairs outside the bedroom! We banged our head several times the first couple of days.

Clean, nice and quite place

The renovation of the local road was the only inconvenience.

Nicely renovated rustic house in the old historic part of the village . Very clean house, lovely and peaceful. Close to a couple of restaurants and a local bar . Host very helpful .

We had booked a 2 roomed apartment but there was only one bed made ? Hairdryer not adequate . Maybe need to point out that the access to the roof terrace is via a "ladder" not good if not mobile . Not easy to find in the dark. We arrived late , maybe a bottle of wine and some bread would be a nice touch?
