The Big Blue - old town center

The location in Zadar Old town was superb, close walk to the sea, ideal for shops, town local beaches, night life and restaurants but not noisy. The apartment was large, airy, stylish, clean and well appointed.

Nothing! Best holiday in Dalmatia to date.

Excellent access to everywhere in old town. Walkable location from free parking outside old town. Kitchenware well equipped.

Need cleaning inside laundry machine. Visible mold inside the detergent tray. Not a big problem but much better if equipped with fan to bring cool air to bedrooms.

The location is great, right in the center on a quite little street and a charming facade. The WiFi was efficient, the TV was connected to streaming and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom is renovated with plenty of hot water and extra towels. Soap is provided in both the bathroom and kitchen along with paper towels. There is a drip coffee machine, a electric water kettle, small electric stovetop, a small refrigerator in the kitchen and a washing machine although no line to hang the wet clothing on to dry. Overall the apartment was a nice size, it was clean,

The building is very old, the shared areas could use an update or at least a fresh coat of paint. The main door is always open even though residents have the key. The courtyard is stinky from the garbage waiting to be put out. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (for us Americans it’s the 4th) it was exhausting carrying up the luggage in 95 deg temperatures. It was challenging to find the apartment location, the location on the Maps app. didn’t show he correct location. You will need to type in the address for directions. The apartment is old with some updates. The wood floors look nice but are so creaky. It was very hot in Zadar during our stay, the air conditioning was set on turbo at the lowest temp it kept most of the apartment cool. We selected this apartment because it has two bedrooms. In the end we shared one room because the second room was still hot. Wish there was a floor fan to move the air. Not to mention the second bedroom is dark and not very inviting. The bedroom door needed to stay open for the the airflow so there was no privacy and the floor was so creaky it was hard to ignore.

Well located, modern apartment with good facilities. Toni was very accommodating even though we arrived after midnight. Absolutely no street noise.

Not a big deal but wooden floors in the common areas are a bit creaky and can wake others. No coffee provided.

Great central location the old town. Nice and clean and a good size apartment. Free WiFi and comfortable. Hot shower and plenty of equipment and utilities ( iron, plates, pots etc ) recommended . Good host who gave instructions on how to access etc

Could be a touch noisy in the mornings due to emptying bottles for recycling in the courtyard.

It's really located at the quiet side of Old town Zadar

The AC wasn't strong enough. The second room was quite hot inside. Also, we have to walk up to 3 floors to the apartment (somehow understandable)

Had historic art showing old Zadar. Location is perfect and is in a historic building.

Located on the 3rd floor

Great location. Toni the host met us and helped us with our luggage up the flights of stairs. He showed us around the apartment and advised us on things to do in and around Zadar.

The shared common area and steps from the main street leading up to the apartment were dirty and smelly. But the apartment itself was clean and comfortable.
