Africa room old Town - Zadar

The location was great ( in middle of the town but the windows were perfect so that u didn’t hear anything of the noisy atmosphere outside).The room looks fabulous and so clean. The bed was comfy.

The apartment itself was lovely and clean. Not fault of owner for issues with water supply.

When we arrived we had no running water or flushing toilet. I contacted owner to be told old town water supply is temperamental. We went out came back 3 hrs later to still no water or flushing toilet. Owner said was burst pipe. However we were only there for 1 night for our silver anniversary so couldn't get showers we had to get wetwipes to freshen up. Put a dampner on our stay. The stairs to the apartment also very steep.

Have to climb several flights of stairs. Could do with blackout curtains/blinds

It is located in the Old Town of Zadar, close to one of the main entrances 10 min. away from a free parking space and close to everything since is located right in the center!

There are 2 things that might annoy you at this location... 1.The bathroom has a sliding glass door, that has zero noise proof, and when you flush the water at night (which is really noisy), you will wake up your spouse for sure! 2. There is a pub down stairs open all night, they don't play loud music, but the problem is that people will talk and laugh out loud all night long! The good side of things is that if you close the windows and start the AC, you will get a good night sleep! Something to take in consideration,but its not really a bad thing (it did not bother us!!!) is the long steep and narrow stair way up to the second floor!

Location is amazing, so convenient. It’s very clean and decent furnished design. Very clean. The owner is nice and kind, has flexibility.

It’s difficult to change, but I had 23kg suitcase and 10kg backpack. It’s was really hard to bring up to the room without an elevator.

The property was absolutely immaculate. The faculties were very clean and the decoration was just lovely. Could not ask for a better location. Perfect!
