Zadar sea view

The location of the room was good and room looks nice and comfortable. The owner accepted to extend our stand a bit longer without charging us.

The poor communication of the property owner about accessing the room and using the room facilities like WiFi and other stuff was really overwhelming. In the text communications with the owner you feel like you are totally unwelcome to the rented room. At some point we came to know that the shower doesn’t have hot water. After midnight we got instructions from the owner how to warm up the water, but in the end we realized that the water heating system is broken and we had to take shower with freezing water! And we couldn’t use room WiFi as we couldn’t find any instructions.

The view was great, and the host was very helpful with tips for parking and solving some unexpected events.

Nice little room, with a crawl space bed above rhe kitchen Tiny balcony looking over the harbour. Good Restaurant on the ground floor.

Booked a "one bed flat" but got a bed-sit with a bed in a crawl space above the kitchen. Balcony minute, and you share it with the a/c unit. Room located on the wrong side of the harbour. Owner very slow to answer questions or doesn't .

Very helpful owners. Booked last minute because of a wrong booking with another very rude owner. Very accommodating owners of Zadar view. Excellent location with view of the sea, very close to the center on foot. Beautiful decoration, very clean

We hade a greate time in Zadar! Breakfast on the small balcony was brilliant. The room is perfekt fore two or tree persons. The owner was very helpful and friendly!!!

There was a strong smell of cigarettes in the apartment. As non smokers that was not very pleasant.

The location and the view is great. So close to the old town, markets and the tour agencies. The owner also rented us a car, which was very convenient. The price quality ratio is definitely worth it.
