Fantastic location. Lovely view of footbridge, harbour and old town.

Balcony is very small. Just enough room for 2 people to have a seat. Not a complaint. Just an observation. It was great to have even a little outside space.

Communication with the host was perfect, the answer to our questions arrived quickly!The self check-in was really Easy! The location Is Amazing, in front of the Sea and few walks from the city center, was a nice stay! The apartment has the air conditionair that Is good!

The only thing the host should improve Is the cleaness of the apartment, especially upstairs. That's why I cannot give the maximum rate. Anyway me and my two friends spent a very good time in Zara!

"Perfect place to stay and visit Zadar"

I arranged the hotel transfer from the airport which was cheap at 200kn This person lets us in with the key as he knew the code The owner was very communicative over booking and answered all my messages promptly and helped when I asked about Car Rental. The location is just perfect and I would recommend this place to anyone travelling!
