Ideal situation for us half an hour walk to the old town along the seafront and 15 minute walk to the ferry terminals for the islands also only 10 minute walk to the bus station

Everything was excellent. Better accommodation doesn´t exist for this money.

Very nice, helpful host. Very well equipped apartment, nice surroundings, close to supermarket and beaches.

A rather weak wifi signal and dim lighting of the apartment in the evening.

Amazing warm welcome when we arrived, to property was easy to find and we just called when we arrived and they greeted us. Apartment was clean and comfortable, so many nice little touches. 😊 the hosts were friendly and helpful ! I would love to stay again in the future.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely apartment in Zadar, and it was an unforgettable experience. The apartment's proximity to a grocery store was incredibly convenient, making it easy to stock up on essentials and indulge in local delights throughout our stay . The proximity to the unique beach allows for leisurely strolls and relaxing sunsets that make every moment unforgettable.From the moment we stepped through the door, we were embraced by a sense of coziness and comfort that immediately made it feel like home. The apartment was thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly require for an enjoyable stay. The comfort and convenience of the apartment, coupled with the unparalleled charm of the balcony, made our experience truly exceptional. However, what sets this place apart from the rest is undoubtedly the exceptional hosts. From the very beginning, their warmth and genuine hospitality make you feel like part of their family. Their attentiveness and willingness to cater to your needs create an atmosphere of genuine care and comfort. The memories created during our stay will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Everything was perfect!

The hosts were very kind and friendly. The location of the apartments are very good, close to the beaches. The apartments are well equipped. In the yard (which is also very nice especially during night) there was a place where we could hang out and have fun. For us this place was everything that we needed.

Perfect location, near to bus station, main ferry port and the old town of Zadar, clean and comfortable, well equipped small kitchen area, good shower , balcony overlooking garden . Host very friendly and even provided complimentary bottle of wine and water, most appreciated!

All was good - slight niggle was locking and unlocking of front gate each time we entered, maybe would be better with an electronic system.

The property is stunning, very clean, super well maintained and the garden is beautiful, the HOSTS were amazing and very friendly. After I checked in they left and I had a minor issue with a door, I called them on the intercom and they came down and resolved it straight away, turns out I was being silly but I didn’t want to force it closed :( I also bumped into what I believe is there son walking his dog a few times In the evening, He was also super friendly. It’s right opposite the ocean. If you come out the property’s front gate and take a right follow the path and it goes along the coastal path to the old town, around 30 mins, it’s a beautiful walk and watching the sunset was amazing. Zadar is absolutely stunning and this place does it justice. Would I return here when coming back to Zadar, 100% YES !!!

There’s nothing not to like except if you don’t like walking it’s a little far to the old town by foot. But I walk everywhere so for me personally this wasn’t an issue.
