Apartments Las Cabezas

The balcony was nice and peaceful (when nobody was using the public terrace right in front of it). The kitchenette was well-equipped and the bed was comfy.

The public terrace was right in front of the balcony. {The hosts have claimed that this is a lie, so i'm rewriting my review, providing a balcony view} The promised "sea view" was in fact an occasional, very distant and often obstructed glimpse of the sea water of the miniscule inner marina, since the open sea was found on the other side of the peninsula. Quite chilly due to switched off central heating, and the AC-unit needed hours to make the room lukewarm. {This last point was only a minor nuisance, but the hosts raved on about that, stating that "Your comment is totally off the charts"}. They replied "1 there is no public terrace that information is false {Again, just look at the view with with a table and chairs right in front of my balcony.} 2. As you well know, we had every right to charge you for air conditioning, but we didn't. {When i arrived i was TOLD to use the AC if necessary.} 3. You used the air conditioning 24 hours a day {No, i didn't - only between afternoon and bedtime, since it was quite ineffective}. My question is why you did not have the courtesy to speak to us personally when we asked if everything was ok and you always said yes {during my stay i was only asked once - when checking out - and replying to the final question "if everything was ok?" i was only affirming that nothing in the apartment had been damaged by me}. As my 7/10-score shows, this is a very good accomodation, but let's be real! It is not the Ritz (in the 9-10/10-range). I don't understand why the hosts replied in such a spiteful way, as i only pointed out a few errors and liked everything else. I have written MANY reviews and NEVER lied - why should i?

A great place very close to the beach, the city centre is easily reachable. All the facilities at the place are present, and the hosts are really helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend this appartment and concluding my fat review with a fat 10.

The owners are very very great and wonderfull. Apartament is very clean and the localization was fantastic. We spent there unforgetable time !!! Volveremos alli seguro:) Saludos Oskar i Paulina!

- Apartmant was spacious, clean and comfortable - Hosts are very friendly and nice people - Location is right next to a small but really nice beach with all amenities (showers, toilets etc. )
