Beautiful apartment, sunny terrace, top floor with beach view or ground floor with terrace

Sie war sehr modern eingerichtet, sodass man sich gleich wohl gefühlt hat. Mit allem ausgestattet, was man so benötigt. Sehr schöner Meerblick!

Die Betten waren mir persönlich zu hart. Der Preis war schon teuer, aber für die Lage und den Komfort im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften schon in Ordnung

Être tout en haut du bâtiment. Super grande terrasse. Appartement agréable à vivre. Grandes baies tout le Long de l'appartement pour faire des courants d'air. Vue sur la mer. Très proche de la plage et commerces à pieds. Peu de vis à vis pour le moment. Grande cuisine équipée. Literie très confortable. Climatisation et tv même si on ne s'en est pas servi. Wifi ok. Machine à laver bien pratique

Terrasse un peu vieillissante par rapport à l'appartement. Chaise en plastique désagréable quand il fait chaud. Table basse en bois à changer. Tancarville HS. Peu de place pour étendre du linge. Un double de clé serait utile quand on est à deux couples. Grande difficulté à se garer à notre place ( de plus en 4x4). Faisable si on est pas allergique aux créneaux... bien être conscient d'être au 3e étage sans ascenseur. Grande déception des travaux en face de la terrasse dès 8h30 le matin avec découpe de carrelage.. nous avions pourtant demandé avant la réservation s'il y aurait des travaux. Réponse c'est interdit l'été à Roses donc non. La propriétaire a fait son possible pour y remédier mais les entreprises espagnoles en ont décidé autrement...quel dommage....

Die Unterkunft war im Allgemeinen wirklich schön! Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Betten und Kissen waren sehr bequem. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit modernem Geschirr und keinen alten, ausrangierten Teilen, wie man es oft in Ferienwohnungen kennt. Besonders positiv fanden wir, dass Dinge wie Duschgel, Öl und Gewürze von den Vormietern nicht weggeschmissen, sondern in der Wohnung belassen wurden – das ist nicht nur praktisch, sondern auch ökologisch sinnvoll. Es gab ausreichend Handtücher, was sehr angenehm war und auch ein paar Spülmaschinentabs sowie Klopapier und etwas Küchenrolle waren bei der Ankunft vor Ort. Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt: ruhig gelegen, aber dennoch nah am Strand. Und die kostenlosen Parkmöglichkeiten in der Straße waren ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Ein paar Optimierungspunkte gäbe es schon, die wir der Eigentümerin aber persönlich mitgeteilt haben. Was man jedoch unbedingt wissen sollte: die Parkplätze sind sehr eng und wenn mehrere besetzt sind, kommt man nicht mehr raus. Deshalb haben wir unser Auto mit Zähneknirschen an der Straße geparkt. Die Parkplätze waren aber kostenlos und morgens ausreichend vorhanden.

Apartment was clean and fairly well equiped

Couldn't use terrace due to building work,noise from renovation next door and building site. Shabby exterior and parking area and difficult access.pictures well out of date, no mountain views just construction site. Steep dingy stairwell to access property

From outside look like an old building but after walking upstairs (it’s a few levels up), we had an amazing surprise! The apartment is beautiful, modern, open kitchen with the living room and the wood door that you can close the second bedroom and make private is the golden buzzer! And I can’t forget to speak about the view, we arrived almost during sunset hours and we could enjoy the change of colours in the sky with the ocean, was perfect!

The building construction happening on the same side that the terrace is, some construction guys were always looking down to our terrace/apartment

Beautiful appartment, modern and nicely furnished. Good beds, nice kitchen and modern bathroom with a good shower. Huge terrace with a good lounge and big dining table. Constance is always available for questions. It was a great stay! Will come back for sure!

Just to put something... cleaning and weeding the parking lot would make the full experience great, but this is just nitpicking of me.... it all was super! Thanks Constance!
