Beautiful apartment, sunny terrace, top floor with beach view or ground floor with terrace

Great location, quiet but close to the seafront and local amenities. It's not in the centre of Roses but that's a bonus as there's no traffic noise, it really is quiet. The apartment has great facilities and outdoor open space with fantastic views of the mountains and the sea. There is adequate car parking or there is free parking on the road. We really couldn't fault it.

Before arrival we received very detailed email about all things related to the appartment: where to pick up the keys, where to park, where to leave garbage etc. This was super helpful. The best part of this appartment is location - super close to the beach - and the terrace from which you can see both the sea and the mountains. The beach is sandy and the water is super clean. Beds were very comfortable. The area is also nice with nice restaurants nearby, however it is quite far from the proper city center of Roses (but this wasnt an issue for us).

Fying pans and pots are very used and in bad shape, definitely need to be replaced. Also chairs are uninviting to sit as the seats are quite dirty and have stains. This is not a big cost to replace them while it would make a big change to how guests look at the appartment.

Comfortable beds. Spacious. Plenty of places to sit and enjoy the superb view
