Cosy Central Riga Apartment

Host was excellent, she met us at the Apartment and gave us a run down on the what we needed to know about the apartment. Older apartment but really clean and tidy and had a homely feel to it. Kitchen was well stocked with all of the necessary equipment/items comfortable bed and good shower. There weren't any eating places close by but it wasn't a long walk into town (approx 10 to 15mins) Would definitely stay there again and reccomend to friends

Communication with the host was great, she was super friendly. The apartment is really spacious and homely. Very near to the Central Market and only 15mins walk to the Old Town.

Located in the building styled once as a “palace for workers”, it is a spacious apartment with high ceilings close to the bus and the railway station of Riga – you can walk there in 5-10 minutes. Wooden floor adds to the feeling, of home together with surprising quietness. Living room, bedroom, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen are at your disposal. You can really relax there after serious sightseeing of Riga and its surroundings - especially in two great armchairs - ! The curtains really cut the light off so you can sleep well. Also a very nice host who has a story to tell about every picture in the apartment, and even about one door!

You need to remember two codes to get in every time. The kitchen is facing a bit gloomy courtyard, however with a beautiful rowan tree!

We enjoyed this place very much. The apartment is warm and big for 2 people. It has a kitchen (small table, fridge, sink, oven, toaster, microwave, cutlery etc) a toilet, a bathroom (shower and washing machine), a big living room for relax and a bedroom. The bed is quite confortable and WiFi works perfectly. The host provides shampoo, soap and conditioner in the bathroom and a few essentials in the kitchen. Actually, we didn't miss anything in the apartment apart from very few essentials (oil and coffee), but that wasn't a big problem as we bought them in the nearest supermarket. In the end it really felt like being at home. The location is good, 15 minutes walk from the city centre, 5 minutes from the nearest supermarket, the Riga centrale market and the train station. Also, nearby there is a huge shopping centre, cinemas etc. We definitely recommend this place

The bedroom and sitting room was very comfy. Kitchen was well equipped and maintained well and clean . Overall stay was very memorable.

The bathroom was a bit smaller than expected and the heating and boiler temp were fluctuating on the lower side, so was having trouble with shower.
