EMI Apartment

The location and place itself was amazing. Right in the city center next to the must-see locations. Space was spacious, nicely done furniture, bright and overall great!

Me & my partner adored everything, but our friends tried turning on the AC in their room during the night and they complained that it was blowing hot air, never cooled them down and worked super loud.

Great apartment right in the heart of the old town of Riga. Easy access, spacious and comfortable. Confy beds, as well. Excellent design and a cute little balcony. Extremely safe with security camera and codes for the doors

If you can skip the fact that the apartment can accommodate up to 6 people but there is only one bathroom.,then it's OK. Unfortunately, I had to take a cold shower because there were no instructions on how to turn it to hot or, maybe, something was broken. The balcony needs, at least, a small table and a couple of chairs so that it is more enjoyable. Finally, keep in mind that there is a bar at the entrance of the building and that Riga is a vibrant city with people who sing and yell till the early morning hours.. For all those who have trouble sleeping that might a small problem, at least during the summer months

Perfect

Location is perfect, there is lot to see and many nice restaurants nearby. Appartement itself was nice, pretty clean (the sofa would need cleaning), and there is all the equipments you need. Okey we missed wine bottle opener, but that's a small thing. Appartment is big and there is lot of open space.

We didn't get the appartment at the time we should. We had to call to get the instructions. The only problem is the restaurant in the first floor. Night were very noisy. Of course we knew this from the other reviews. It was really hard to sleep at night. There is air condition, but they didn't work, there weren"t any guides to these diveces. So nights were also hot. Toiletpaper run out during our stay.

Noise from downstairs club until morning. It was cold in the apartment.
