Clean and spacious

Location was good, but very noisy. Visited on wednesday and was impossible to sleep at night. Apartment had airconditioning but had no remotes, couldn’t use. No parking nearby. Asked one hour later check-out, host didn’t allow. Also asked about parking information and recommendations for parking, didn’t get answer. Beds were very hard.

A very spacious and comfortable apartment in the heart of the old town of Riga. Everything is fine!

The location, the style of the apartment and the space was great.

The nightclub going till a ridiculous time was very loud and did disturb our sleep with windows open. Bedroom air con was ineffective with windows closed to block out the noise. Annoying to keep emptying the loungeroom air con unit waste water saucepan.

Awesome location behind the Petri church. Close to the city centre and easy to reach.

The apartment is big, but not everywhere as clean. The couch and bedsheets had some staining in them and one of the beds was broken. No big things other than that.

The location is right in the middle of the old town, the apartment is spacious and secure. There is a lot of storage space.

The geographical location of this apartment is superb, but since it is in the middle of the old town, there is a lot of noise from the club and the bar coming from downstairs. If you are a light sleeper, earplugs are definitely needed. Windows do block out a considerable amount of sound, but in the summer it might get hot, so make sure to ventilate before going to bed.

Modern apartment with plenty of space, super clean and that was very important for us. Easy check in/ out hustle free. Next time in Riga i would try to book this apartment again.

It can get quite noisy from the downstairs night club on weekends.

We loved how clean and modern the apartment was. You could cook a whole meal there if you wanted. Balcony was also nice place to hang out because it was super warm at time we were staying there. Location was perfect for us, everything was near and walking distance. Also a lot of nice restaraunts were near by! Self check-in and checkout was super easy. Would stay again!

Only minuses were: there was no seating or table at balcony, which would have been nice touch to add! Also the air conditioning wasn't working properly, or it was overheated or so. Otherwise everything was working nicely for us!
